• Can I renovate the car registration in a Service Centre different from the one, the initial registration took place in?

Renovation of the registration can only take place in a MIA's Service Centre that initially handled your car's registration.

 

• If the time and date suggested by Volkswagen Golf Sportwagen (Variant) owners` Customer service official for registration does not work for me, can I change it?

• What documents are required during the car registration?

For private entities (Personal participation of the owner is required or should be confirmed by the power of attorney):

1. Passport (original and copy)

2. ID number (original and copy)

3. Car registration certificate

4. Car

If the car is bought with a car loan:

- Letter of consent of a chargee (Loan office) to perform deregistration with further state registration of the vehicle (without changing the current owner).

For legal entities:

1. The LLC Regulations copy, extract from the unified state register of legal entities, minutes of general meeting and order (to confirm the powers of the head).

* If the head acts on the basis of additional documents (regulations, letter of attorney), or there's a need in filing additional statutory texts for confirmation of authority, the following additional documents are required:

2. The original of the vehicle registration certificate

3. Copy of an authorization for payment of the registration fee with a bank mark.

4. Certificates of military registration of the vehicle.

5. Application for a state registration of the vehicle (as first registration)

6. Application for the initial state registration annulment.

7. Copy of an authorization for payment of a pension contribution during the initial car registration.

8. Application for deregistration and a new state registration (filled in at the Service Center of the MIA of Ukraine by a trustee).

If the car is bought with a car loan:

• How much does the registration of a car cost?

The cost of a new registration certificate is 409,15 hrn (bank fee is paid additionally). On the request of the MIA's expert service officer additional expertize, that costs 250,00 hrn, may be needed (bank fee is paid additionally). If the car owner residence registration was changed to a different region, a license plate has to be changed under Ukrainian law. The cost of such service amounts to 178, 20 hrn (bank fee is paid additionally).

 

• Who pays for individual certification and renovation of registration of the car?

The cost of the individual certification is covered by LLC "Porsche Ukraine". The cost of the new registration certificate is covered by the owner of the car. After the new registration certificate is issued, car owners receive compensation from LLC "Porsche Ukraine":

·  For private entities - 6000 hrn certificate to be used at WOG gas stations,

·  For legal entities - 2 complexes for engine oil replacement within the regulations of the support manning of the manufacturer, which your enterprise may use during service in any official Volkswagen dealership in Ukraine.

 

• Can I travel abroad not having renovated registration of the car yet?

To our knowledge there are no obstacles to travel abroad.

 

• Does the license plate change after renovation of the registration?

No, the license plate is not changed.

Exception: if the car owner residence registration was changed to a different region, a license plate has to be changed under Ukrainian law.

 

• How long does the car registration process take?

The process takes minimum 30 minutes.

 

• If I already have WOG bonus card, can it be merged with a certificate, issued after registration?

• What should I do if I can't be present in the Service Centre during the registration of the car?

Personal participation of the owner is obligatory, but may be carried out by the power of attorney. On the other hand, car availability is obligatory.
